產品介紹
MitoSceneTM Green I 是一種線粒體綠色熒光染料，可在納摩爾水平對線粒體進行染色標記，該染料具有質膜透性，且在線粒體膜上積累而呈現明亮的熒光。該染料在線粒體中的定位不依賴于線粒體膜電位，染色固定細胞信噪比不理想，在細胞固定、透化之后，會導致熒光信號減弱或丟失，所以我們推薦只用來染活細胞。
注意事項
1. 熒光染料均存在淬滅問題，請盡量注意避光，以減緩熒光淬滅。
